How do I log into the system
- Click on the web address you have been given such as https://www.success.ie/youthgroup
- NB: Please ensure that you type in the S in https part of the URL.
- Enter your Username, Password
- Click on Submit button
We recommend that you do NOT save your password onto your PC/Laptop
How do I add a new Youth Group into the system
- Click on Add a Youth Group link
- Fill in details and click on Finish
How do I edit a Drop Down Menu
- Click on Administration tab and enter Administrators password
- Click on Edit Menu link and select the drop down list you wish to change
- Click on Add Option or Organise Options as required and click Next
- Enter details as required.
What is an Assessment
- An assessment is a type of annual audit to see how many people are catered for in the different gender & Age categories.
- The latest assessment will always be displayed and summarised
How do I carry out an assessment
- Find Youth Group
- Click on Member Details
- Click on Add Assessment
How do I record a meeting with a Youth Group
- Click on Youth Groups
- Find your group and click on them
- Click on Meetings tab
- Click Add meeting
- Enter details and click Save
How to I send texts to Youth Groups
- Click on Youth Groups
- Click on Communicator
- Filter your organisations
- Click on Send Texts button
