2.    Select Processing & Find Item
3.    Filter your selection and click on Display Items
4.    Option buttons to Print or Download (to a spreadsheet)

2.    Select Processing & Click on Add / View Items
3.    Scroll through the records by clicking on Previous or Next Record.

2.    Select Processing & Click on Add / View Items
3.    Click on Add Item and start entering details.

2.    Click on Reporting and Stock Levels
3.    Filter your selection and click to Display detailed or Summary Reports
4.    Click to Print Report

2.    Click on Reporting and Items Purchased
3.    Filter your selection, select the period for which you wish to report and click to display items

2.    Select Processing & Find Asset
3.    Filter your selection and click on Display Assets
4.    Option buttons to Print or Download (to a spreadsheet)

2.    Select Processing & Click on Add / View Assets
3.    Scroll through the records by clicking on Previous or Next Record.

2.    Select Processing & Click on Add / View Assets
3.    Click on Add Asset  and start entering details.

1.    Login to System
2.    Select Stock Control & View / Depreciate / Update button
3.    Select School, department or room you want to work on and click on View Records
4.    Click to Print out relevant department or room.
5.    Flag changes on printout and then update by one of the following

• a.    Add new item as outlined above
• b.    Adding in new quantities on screen selected at 3 above.
• c.    Flag item as depleted and include reason for depletion
