The applicant fills in their application online and will get an acknowledgement once it is submitted. They can attach supporting documentation such as pictures or reports.
Your organisation can then assess the application and make a recommendation. All of this is recorded in the system.
You can record details of any contacts with the applicants such as phonecalls or meetings.
You automatically build up a complete database of all applicants and applications. There is online help available to applicants and also built in validation which means that you have to fill in the correct information before the application will be accepted.
For Government organisations there can even be an English and Irish version to comply with the official language requirements.
