You build up a profile of the people whom you meet.
There is the facility to have different logins for the Career advisors and the Counsellors in order to protect confidentiality.
It has been used in Limerick Institute of technology & Cork Institute of Technology.
It is an online centralised student services management system that can be expanded to include other services ranging from Alumni and Counselling to Disabilities services. Each service could have their own secure modules within the system.
