FoneMenders is a chain of mobile phone repair shops and service centres with locations in Dublin, Cork and Limerick.
Previously, they entered the data in their own repair system and then entered the same data in their manufacturers’ software. They experienced a significant number of rejected claims which had to be followed up. They also had to search for the phone or ask the technicians when an enquiry was received.
Now they just enter the data once. Their “bounce rate” is significantly reduced. The repair status is instantly available for all jobs. They can see at a glance a summary of all repairs for all shops in the chain and have excellent reporting facilities such as “turn around time” reports, bounce reports and analysis of phones and service activities.
